Most of our fave actress’ movies definitely show off her body — think Into The Blue, Sin City, Fantastic Four, etc. But if you noticed recently, Jessica Alba has been veering towards drama and supernatural — think The Eye, Awake, Meet Bill. If I may say so, it seems that she enjoys having more challenging roles =) And now that she’s going into motherhood, Jessica Alba’s days of being simply regarded as a pin-up are over. The pregnant actress explains, “I think just being older I’ll be able to play more mature roles. And being a mother definitely helps but yeah, I’m looking forward to my 30s.”

As for previously starring in movies designed to draw in a teenage crowd, Jessica Alba says it’s “not a big deal.” The Love Guru actress shares, “I’m choosing to do those movies. I could do Broadway or off-Broadway, or I could do independent movies that nobody ever sees, but I choose to do movies that have to make money at the box office, so naturally you’re going to be more scrutinised. I put myself in that situation.” What a very mature view! You’re really one of a kind Jess! ^_^
