Okay, we all know that Jessica Alba was a hit on Comic-Con (see post before this). We also know that fans lined up just to SEE her. Well, actually, more than that coz her fans also had the chance to get up-close and personal with their favorite sexy actress. No wonder they lined for hours! Apparently, the fans were able to chitchat with the stunning Sin  City actress while waiting to get their autographed Good Luck, Chuck posters from her. A typical exchange went as follows:

“Hello Jessica.”

“How are you?” she would reply.

“I’m good. Nice to meet you.”

“What’s your name?”

“Kevin.”

And then our dear Jessica signs the poster for Kevin, gives it to him, and she smiles radiantly as a parting gift. The guy goes home in cloud nine, the rest of the Comic-Con experience a blur. Hehe! Other nerve-wracked fans reportedly just stared. One confessed to having “a little butterflies,” while another, when asked by Jessica how he was doing, was only able to manage a garbled, “wegslent.” What?? LOL! And how did our favorite actress react to all of these? She reportedly said, “It’s all different, depending on how they feel about the movies that you’ve been in, and their experience with you, and everything. It’s funny. Different age groups and stuff.” Jessica Alba is such a good sport! =)

Immediately after her European promotional blitz for the summer blockbuster movie Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, Jessica Alba is back again in the US of A. This time, promoting her new movie Good Luck, Chuck in the Comic Convention (Comic-Con) in San Diego, California. Our bombshell actress was apparently a hit in the said convention. Nerds (sorry guys, hehe) lined up for hours just to see her and co-star Dane Cook as they thumped their movie, due for release on September 21. And the nerds immediately left after she left! Even though the Lionsgate panel was not yet finished. Oh come on, I thought nerds are above fleshy temptations? LOL! Our beautiful Jessica was, as usual very fashionable, wearing a sexy little black dress with gold shoes which co-star Dane joked as being “C-3PO shoes”. Jessica also mentioned her upcoming horror movie The Eye, and she said it’s gonna be “very different from anything people have ever seen.” Our favorite star is certainly very busy! Which, of course, is a good thing =)

Several days after breaking up (on the phone!) with her longtime boyfriend Cash Warren, the public asks: has Jessica found her new man? This is apparently because of reports that she has been spending time with 50cent, a popular rapper (real name: Curtis Jackson) who is currently on his European tour. According to sources, the sexy actress was seen in the Netherlands with the rapper where he was playing a show as part of his tour. The two celebrities had a romantic evening where the musician serenaded our actress onstage and told the crowd that Jessica is ‘the loveliest woman in Hollywood’. Wow, that is sweet..

The question is, will Jessica admit this new development? Remember that she hasn’t confirmed her breakup with Cash Warren yet. Does this make her a player then? Only time will tell.. For now, most of Jessica’s guy fans are appalled with her choice. They have been giving crude comments that are unprintable in a wholesome fansite like this. How about you? Is 50cent worthy of the goddess Jessica?

Cinema - August 2007 Scans

Your favorite sexy actress will be in Knoxville (we’re so envious!) on September 18 for the premiere of her romantic comedy movie, “Good Luck, Chuck”. Dane Cook, her co-star in the said movie, will accompany Jessica. The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Regal Cinemas’ Pinnacle 18 in Turkey Creek. There will be a reception with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres which will be followed by a stage presentation with Alba and Cook at 7:30 p.m. The screening of the film will be at 8 p.m.

Only 300 tickets ($75) will be available for the premiere. And it will go on sale only at the Pinnacle 18 box office at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7. Better grab one guys! This is your chance to see our stunning Jessica in flesh and blood! Don’t forget to bring along your cameras for posterity’s sake. Or maybe to sell it to the tabloids for instant cash! Hehe! And remember, this premiere is for the benefit of Variety – the Children’s Charity of Eastern Tennessee. The organization was founded in 2001 by Regal Cinemas and raises money for local agencies that benefit children. All good! =)

The post before this (see below) revealed the first 2 photos from Jessica Alba’s new movie The Eye. It’s our favorite actress’ first supernatural thriller movie and it is a remake of the 2002 Chinese film “Gin Gwai” directed by the Pang Brothers. The movie is about a blind young woman who had a corneal transplant that eventually allowed her to see. However, she begins to see weird visions. Apparently she cannot only see what we see, but she can peek into the ’spirit realms’ as well. Kinda like she got an instant “third eye”! She then investigates the mystery behind her vision and about the donor of her corneas. That, basically, makes up the bulk of Jessica’s new movie.

So how does it feel to play someone blind? According to Jessica, “It was very challenging. It was weird because … I don’t know if you have ever thought about losing your sight, but it’s quite daunting. I would go around my house with a cane and sleep shades on in complete darkness, and you get really claustrophobic. It’s a really different reality to live in.” Nice.. Can’t wait to see how well Jessica acted as a blind woman! It’s surely very different from all her other roles. The Eye is set to premiere on February 1, 2008. Six months to go!

Hmm, just yesterday we posted about Jessica’s Fanboy, the main reason why Comic-Con exists. We strongly suggest that you read that post first before continuing to read this one as it provides the essentials about Comic-Con. Anyway, Mr. Adam Rogers of the WIRED Blog Network has just received a word that the newly-single Jessica Alba will be attending the Comic-Con this July 26-29. No final word yet on what day she’ll appear and mingle with the mortals there but we’re sure that all the Fanboys are excited about this! If they’re not into sexy and beautiful women like Jessica then the clincher would be the fact that gorgeous Jessica played Susan Storm Richards in the summer blockbuster Fantastic Four. That, we’re sure, nerdy Fanboys could relate to. Hehe! Apparently Jessica will promote her latest movie, a romantic comedy called Good Luck Chuck, in the said convention. For several days the tabloids are full of Britney’s new man and dog, and Lindsay’s recent DUI and cocaine possession arrest. Nobody had an inkling that the stunning Jessica Alba had broken up with her boyfriend of two-and-a-half years, Cash Warren. Apparently the split happened last July 22 and was initiated by Jessica. According to US Weekly the sexy actress is said to have called 28-year-old Warren while in Europe promoting Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. During their conversation, she told him, “I’m not in love with you anymore.” WOW!! Is she harsh or what?? But here’s comes something worse: a few hours later, heartbreaker Jessica sent an assistant to the L.A. home she and Cash shared to pack up her ex’s stuff and move him out. Tsk!

So how does Cash Warren feels right now? Did he have any idea that Jessica is gonna breakup with him? Apparently not, as an insider revealed that the split “happened…almost out of nowhere. [Cash] thinks it’s for another guy but doesn’t know… He’s totally devastated. But it was all her.” So far, Jessica or her rep has no comment on this very juicy tidbit. Can’t wait for their official statement! Hehe!
