Our favorite actress seems far too street-smart to be sucked into the Hollywood party maelstrom. So what can Jessica Alba say about those who have been “ruined”, like Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan? The pregnant actress shared, “I don’t know what it would be like to live in their shoes. You don’t have to bring such attention to yourself. And once you do, there’s no turning it off. It’s something you don’t have any control over, and they are now scrutinised, at some point, during virtually every day of their lives.” Damn, Jessica Alba is so smart! She hits the point so fast and hard!

So how come she wasn’t attracted to the lure of the Hollywood party glitz? Well, it turns out that the “Love Guru” actress was warned by her parents that if she misbehaved during her teens, they would immediately pull her out of the acting business. Wow, harsh! Hehe! Jessica Alba shared, “My mom was attached to my shoulder. There was no escape. But I respected it, because I was in this strange position of being isolated by my own personality.” And look where it got you now gurl — a spotless reputation! Too cool! =)
